Migrated Servers - Users Can't Log In

I migrated my forum to a completely different server. After doing so, when a user logs into their account (at the top right) and presses the "Log In" button it doesn't log them in even when they have an account. This happens for my account as well and I'm the administrator of the forum.

Is there a setting I may have touched in the admin cp area? I was changing a few of the user group permissions the other day, but don't think that would cause this to happen?

How can I go about fixing this?

Try reuploading the default vbulletin files and overwriting the current ones making sure you have a backup first, at least then you will know if its file related or not. Can you access the admin control panel? You might be best off disabling all plugins too if you still get problems:

Have the user's reset their passwords, after I moved my servers to HostGator, once everyone resetted their passwords, they were able to login again.

You should try it.
