Doesn't look like that at all for me. What browser are you using? I'm using firefox.

Try creating a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

Lynne, he's using FF4 according to his snapshot. As was I... I had same exact issue when I upgraded to 4, many things didn't look right at all, like ForumHome had a Template view half the time and had to refresh many a pages that partially loaded.
I reverted back to FF 3.6.16
A google search will show the mozilla DL page man.

I am using ff4 also and it does not look like that to me. Very odd.

FF4 here and the page looks normal to me, also. Could it be a plugin you have in FF4 that we don't have?
