User Rank Help

I have 2 user ranks made and I need to know how to transfer a member to a rank. I have no clue how to do this.

Well, you'd go to ACP - User Ranks - User Rank Manager,

Edit one of your ranks, and put for "Usergroup" put "Registered Users" or whatever group your user's are in, then go to Maintenance - Update Counters - Update Usertitles and Ranks. and it should appear for the user's depending on what group you put for the rank you edited.
