ModCP DB Error

I need help with a database error that my supermod gets when trying to log into modcp. She's the only one that gets it, no other supermod or moderator get it. Here's what the error looks like:

I'm running vBulletin 4.1.3 btw.

When you get the error, view the page source for that page and you will see the actual database error near the bottom of that page. It will have some information like this:
The actual mysql query/code/problem....

MySQL Error : some sort of something here
Error Number : another something here
Date : Sunday, April 13th 2008 @ 11:16:43 AM
Script : http://address.path.path/page.php
Referrer :
IP Address : **.***.**.***
Username : username
Classname : database

We need to see that in order to help. So ask your mod to get this information.

I'm actually surprised that you, the owner, are not seeing these errors. Do you have your email entered into the config.php file to get all database errors?

When I disable my credits mod, it gets her in just fine. Like I said this is only happening to her, when the mod is turned on everyone else can get on modcp just fine except her.

That is an error from a modification. Support for modifications is only given in the modification thread, so you will need to ask in there for help with the issue.
