Ad management mod

Is there a mod that not only sets up ads on the site, but also tracks clicks/impressions? Also detects which usergroups click on what ads? Kind of a stretch I know, but if one exists that would be great:D

I can't imagine how a script would set up ads on the site. Would you expect it to also sell the ads for you? :)

I am unaware of one that tracks by usergroups. I use Rotating Banner System (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=188328).
