At the top of my (vb4) Home, Forum, etc pages I have a row with Welcome, username, Notifications, My Profile, Settings, Logout
My background is white (and would like it to stay so) and so is the text for the above mentioned, which makes it difficult to see.
So far I have managed to change the colour of the 'Welcome' text but not the rest of the text on the row. I don't want to change the text colour for anything else on my forum pages, just the text mentioned.
I would be very grateful if someone could help me change the colour for the rest of the text. I'm not good at vb changes so step by step directional and actual code changes would be most appreciated.
Thank you very much for any help you can give in advance.

Have been looking around a little. Can what I want all be altered in the 'header' template? If so what bits do I need to alter please?
Also ...
How can I convert a colour format, e.g RGB(n, n, n) into #nnnnnn format?
