More pictures in albums ?

Question , i want people to post more pictures in albums but some how it only allows 15 pictures . where could i look to make it so people can post more pictures .

I would like to know that

just change it in that particular usergroup permissions (Maximum Total File Size of Album Pictures) and also in settings (Maximum Pictures per Album)
