RSS FEED Problem

Hi i need your help,

i add an RSS Feed to RSS Feed Manager.

at preview i see that :

that feed contains Greek Characters, i have more feeds with greek Characters and work fine.

any idea how i can fixit ?

i find the problem... but not solved yet

when a RSS Feed (results in UTF-8) does not have XML Tag (<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>) then the threads from that feed contains ?????????.

I found the problem into forum(root)\includes\class_xml.php , function parse_xml.

I check the same feed in a friend forum with vBulletin 4 and work perfect.
I check the code of forum(root)\includes\class_xml.php , function parse_xml and are not the same with vBulletin 3.8.7.
i open an issue at vbulletin.com tracker http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBIII-12851 and waiting.
