How to change the background grey color with a image in vb3?

Hi all,
anybody can explain me how to do to change the background grey color on a vb3 forum with an image??

I mean, the grey color on the forumhome

And consecuentially the color over the navbar, under the forum logo.....

Anybody want to try to help me please?
