How do I find and edit external.php ?

I have searched in Style Manager cannot find it anywhere!

external.php is a file, not a style. Since you didn't know that, I advise you very strongly not to try to edit it!

If you're trying to reconfigure your RSS then you should be able to find whatever you want with a search at vb.com or in the manual.
