New Thread button next to "Reply" button?

Can someone tell me which bits of code I need to copy/paste in order to add the "new thread" button next to the "reply" button within threads?

I'm sure this is probably already posted somewhere, but I couldn't find it. If you can direct me to it, I'd be very grateful.
