Human Spammers - Links in Signatures

I am getting ALOT of human spammers that have links to dodgy places in their signatures. I have banned 5 just this morning. Because they don’t seem to be bots i feel limited to what i can do. But I was hoping there was a way i could disable members having signatures until after an X amount of posts?

i had the same issue, they join up just to do that or use the website url, or bio etc
