You need to set-up that page yourself using the customize my profile button, I cannot easily change things there without forcing changes in the additional.css that will over-ride the customize function.

Style updated to 1.0.1, corrected bug with a closing div being positioned incorrectly that was causing problems with a Portal Mod.
