HTML Markups not showing

Well I upgraded to vb 4.1.2 last night and i cant seem to get any username html markup mod working http://snpr.cm/Y0PVg1.png just doesnt know the colors in the forums. other places yes. When i try installing markup mods for forums, the users just show us blank and i assure you the usergroup options are correct. Any ideas?

Well people have but they didn't get a response.. Is there any way to do it manually from the templates?

There is a file within the ftp that you have to go in and edit

With the edit it needs to like this

in editing your usergroups
Then it will show with the edit
