We get a lot of bots signing up and spamming threads for High Quality Sports Jerseys for sale. I have a registration question set in place yet they get around it. Any help :)

Most likely human spammers. Who register bypassing all the restrictions and then turn over the accounts to the bots. If I were you I would consider to try to stop them from posting. There are several good tips and mods here on the subject. I suggest that you do a little search and read through them.
