Spammail from Vbulletin Private Message function

Hello,
My Probleme is that vbulletin sends in any post that i post a email to my email.

When i post 10 posts its 10 emails.

I want to deactivate that but i cant because i cant find where.

It would be kind if you can help me.
My english is not good sorry for the grammatical mistakes.

Next to your name at the top of the page is the selection > settings.
Once there go to general settings and set subscribe to do not subscribe.
