Can't Edit Navbar Tags

I can't edit navbar tags of my theme: omgwire.com

I want to add a link next to: "Forum" and "What's New" but i can't figure it out. I cannot find the code suggested to change in this:

That link is to an article regarding the 3.5 style. The 4.x style is very different. Please look in the vB4 article forum here for help with your navbar.
