sub-forum display - Can I show sub-forums UNDER threads?

Basically when I create a sub-forum, the sub-forum appears ABOVE all the current threads on the parent forum.

I want to display the sub-forums UNDER the threads of the parent forum, rather than above them.

Is this possible??
