These errors are not caused by vBulletin, they are caused due to server configurations, and/or server running out of resources. You will need to consult with your hosting provider or server administrator to correct problems with MySQL server not having resources to do its task. We will be unable to provide any assistance in this matter as it is not a vBulletin problem (vBulletin cannot continue because of the problem, so you're seeing the database error in vBulletin's message box).
