"Similar Threads" Feature?

I noticed on vbulletin.com's forum there is a "Similar Threads" section at the bottom of every page/thread. What mod is vbulletin.com using? Is this feature already in the admincp? If so, where would I go about enabling it?

Most everything on vbulletin.com is default. (Jira/Tracker is not)

AdminCP > Settings > Options > message searchiong > automatic similar thread search and a few others on that page and
AdminCP > Settings > Options > thread display options > show similar threads?

You'll need to do maintenance > update counters > similar threads after you turn it on.
