add additional navbar to vb4

Hi, I'm looking for the code to add a second navbar to my forum. I've seen this on a couple of forums placed at the top of the forum template, not in the header.

I'm sure I saw the code on here but have searched and searched and can't find it. Any helpers please?

Hi, thanks for the reply, but no. It seems to have glitches and no support for 4.12. I'm sure I saw a thread about code somewhere that you insert into the template?
