Im reading the vB manual. Im trying to create 2 forums on my forums that a user has to pay a yearly membership fee to access, I was pretty sure I had it all correct, but when I created a test log in name for my forums, (with regular user permissions -not administrative-) and scrolled to the forums that I had set as a subscription, it allowed me to access them, no asking for credit/debit information, no paypal link, nothing, it just went right to it. what do I need to change to allow registered users to access every forum on my site except the 2 forums that I want to be paid subscriptions, and they could only access one or both of those after they subscribe. ( I have a business paypal account with microcart installed also)

ok , iVe got it now to where I can see an existing thread, but cant open an existing thread and cant post a new thread (this is good, its close to being what I want, it would be better if I could figure out how to make it so I couldnt even open up this section unless subscribed-but if not this will work) problem is, when using my test log in name, as a regular registered user, I cant find where to subscribe, (on my other forums and sections when posting a new thread, there is an option about subscribing, but now it wont let me see that on my subscription sections, it just says I dont have permission to access this) Can someone help a newbie figure out what to do?

Ive found out finally, that in the user profile area, there is a link on the left titled "paid subscriptions" when you click on that it allows you to order it. when taken to the paypal screen it makes you have a paypal account, how do I set it so you dont have to have paypal account (so you can just pay with a credit or debit card, my shopping cart is set this way, no paypal account required)?, Is there a way to have a subscription option at the forum level instead of having to go back to your profile? It seems like there should be, any ideas?
