I don't know how to fix this but I'm struggling so hard. Am I missing a file or something or what could be destroying this page's javascript?

Create a new style with no parent:
Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save
Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

Nope it's only with that style:\

I really tried... I bought it for $35.00 and they have absolutely no support. eXaltic has no support no one even reads tickets. I sent in a ticket 1 month ago and not one reply. And I hate how the skin is decent but the member page is messed up by the profile designer I just can't figure out if a javascript file is missing or what. And if so what is it called. :|

Install it on a test site, or as a separate style, and then revert the member info templates and see if it gets fixed. If not, revert the css templates for that page. Just keep reverting templates until it is fixed and then you'll know where to look.
