How can I enable the smiley box for the "Reply" editor?

On my board, when a user clicks "Reply", the default editor does not contain the smiley's box.

I would like this to be present (just like on this board), when replying to posts.

Also, how can I enable the WYSIWYG editor by default for all users?

The smiley box should be present by default when you hit reply, but not for "Quick Reply." If it really isn't visible for Replies it's probably a problem with your style. Go to the Style Manager in Admin CP and add a new style with no parent style. See if that works.

Also, do you ever see the smiley box, such as when making new threads?
