Are there Portals for VB3

im installing VB3 on a new domain, got VB4 on my main website and i love the CMS system/portal.

Are there any recommended portals for VB3 that offer full functionality without the need to use the likes of vbexternal ?

hm i may have got confused, i think im looking for a way to have a forum display as a news forum and be able to use vbulletin around it, if im making sense

actually vbadvanced is really neat, if i can get an seo url friendly mod working with it we have a winner :)
