How does the vB4.0 CMS work..?

Im not understanding how all of this works.. is there somewhere to help understand.?
It seems very confusing, & the default stuff, just seems to make it more confusing.

Also why does it keep automatically posting articles.!?

I just dont understand what everything is, & how to utilize it.
Also why it keeps auto posting old fake articles.!? (Ipsum Lorem, etc..)

1. What is Content Mgr (im guessing content. lol) But even if i delete something it still shows somewhere else, or gets reposted automatically.
2. Whats the difference in Sections & Category.?
3. Also where can i get Grids to upload from.?
Etc.. Things like that.

Is there a seperate place to read, or learn about CMS.?
It's like we need a CMS.org to get stuff for it, cause i dont see anything on here to help.
