Where Can I create demo vBulletin Version 3.8.4?
i really need it because i want to buy it and i don't know how to use it/

There is no demo version available for download but you can register at http://www.vbulletin.com/admindemo.php for a online demo.

The demo over at vbulletin.com is for the latest version - version 4.x. There is no demo for 3.x over on vbulletin.com any longer. The admincp isn't much different between the two versions. The template syntax changed, but other than that, alot of stuff in the admincp is exactly the same.
