Single forum that allows threads to have Thumbnails.

Hey, I hope this is the right forum, if not, please redirect me.

I'm having trouble identifying a mod or a hidden vBulletin feature I've seen on another site. I'd like to create video database in a single forum which would allow thumbnails beside the thread link like this (http://www.forgehub.com/forum/reach-competitive-maps/). Any idea what mod they're using?

It's definitely not a "hidden feature" on vBulletin, it's some sort of mod... might well be custom.

This is the only video mod I know of and I don't use it so I'm not sure the details:
