Module problem, Adding divider btwn post title and content, and highlighting home tab

How can I add a divider between the first post of a thread and the header? Example here: http://www.boostedk20.com/forums/showthread.php/1-Testing-Problem!
Next, how can I make the Home tab stay highlighted when selected?
Lastly, my Home page has my module layout perfect, but that layout is appearing on my forums page for some reason.... How do I fix these? Thank you guys/gals

The "divider between the first post of a thread and the header" is a notice which is in you'er admincp

Home tab should do this be default if I remmber right >.>

Need more info... there are tons of modules about saying "my module" don't help

I fixed the homepage module layout situation, but the home tab isn't highlighting when i'm on the home page, the forum tab stays highlighted for some reason.. Not sure why.
