Make sure you have at least 1 character in the post- this DOES NOT include anything inside QUOTES... So just add a period (.) or something at the end of the post, outside any quotes.

Quite sure there is no quote at all.

Is it posible that problem occur because of my host move my web to another server?

How can I fix this

When I edit post

I have to copy from other source and paste in the post.

Sometimes I can do it but if the post is very long, it will warning me that

"The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 1 characters."

This problem has never occur before.

First try to disable all mods by "Disabling Hooks" and see if you still have the problem.
Instructions here: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php/196688-Disable-the-plugin-hook-system-globally

If you still have a problem try it using the default vBulletin style. To use the default style in your style manager in admin cp, make a new style with no parent.

If after both of these running vbulletin with no mods and using the default style you still have the problem I would post on vbulletin.com for official support.
