Change forum and subforum font color

How do I change the forum as well as the subforum font color? It's currently gray, I want to change it to blue

in admincp/styles and templates/style manager/styevars GO
then look for Links its in there :)

Could you elaborate on that a little more? Like where exactly do I do the editing
