RSS Feeds for Hot Topics

Is there a way to create an RSS feed for hot forum topics? The idea is to then show them on a blog page.

Cant really do a lot without just editing the template in blog as it doesn't have supported widgets or a side bar, its kind of on its own , about all it has is featured blogs
