Which template do I edit to change the status icon extension?

Which template(s) do I edit if I want to change the forum icon extension from gif to png or vice versa?

I'd suggest using replacement variables, but if you want to do template edits and you need to find the template to edit, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. (Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.)

Thanks, I was just coming to ask, We changed our URL and my icons still pointed to our .com url everything else was pointing to .co All other images worked just icon was missing..

just replaced .com with .co in replacement variables and it fixed the issue. Wish I could fix it right but that will work.

Those are the post icons. Go to admincp > post icons > post icon manager > view and then edit each icon and make sure the path is correct.
