How to put latest 10 forum posts on different site

Hi, I am looking to put the latest 10 forum posts from our forum onto our main site. I have seen this done on some other websites and it works well.

Also would it be possibly to moderate these in any way, so that one of the latest posts listed does not contain foul language or something along those lines.

Have you looked into RSS? It's in the manual under "external provider" I think.

No, there's no separate moderation queue for RSS. If it's posted to the forum, it goes out.
