arcade not allowing access

hi

after upgrading my vbulletin to the latest version it will no longer allow any access apart from Administrator Accounts into the arcade saying that the administrator have blocked acess for your usergroup, however when I check the group settings for the Arcade it shows they have the access and they could access the arcade fine before I upgraded can you advise please?
