VB4 suite vesrion

I have the following question

is it possible to use the VB4 suite version , but to hide forum so they do not have acces to forum , and also what is on the navbar , register buttons , login place , notifications etc.

I want for example to keep the defaulf template for me as admin and give to the users a new template but with the above permissions.
most important i dont want people to register

Yes you can do all of that in vBulletin 4 Suite. Just go into your Admin CP and change the permissions of each forum.

Go to AdminCP > Forum & Moderators > Forum Permissions and change the permissions from there.
