Does this mod exist?

I'm currently running joomla 1.5 and vbulletin 3.8 (integrated) and I was wondering if there's any mod(s) that shows the newest members on your site/forum with avatar thumbnails like http://www.thisis50.com/ you see the top left module? It show the newest members with pics.

Please let me know been looking all over for this!

Never seen it... I would think it would be something found on a joomla plugin site rather than vbulletin.org though.
