Hi ,
My forum has some error as below and i can not access to admincp. Please help if you know how to fix it. Thank you.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/includes/class_core.php on line 1519
Fatal error: Cannot create references to/from string offsets nor overloaded objects in /public_html/forum/includes/class_core.php on line 1682
