What does this product do?
This will allow signatures to only appear once per thread page for each user.

Version Information:
Version 1.0.0 --Initial release for vB 4
Version 1.0.1 --Optimized and cleaned up code. The auto/manual template edits are no longer required. Thanks goes out to Adrian Schneider for the cleaner way to do this.
Version 1.0.2 --Added forum setting to allow all signatures to show in certain forums. Thanks goes out to HMBeaty for the KITA and help to add the setting as well as beta testing.

Installation overview:

1 Product XML (3 Plugin, 6 Phrases and 1 setting)

Installation Instructions:
----------------------------
1. Go to your Admin CP
Scroll down to 'Plugin System'
Click 'Manage Products'
Click 'Add/Import Product'
Click the 'Browse' button, and locate the product-boofo_signature_once.xml file on your computer

2. Go to "vBulletin Options -> Signatures once per thread page" and set the following option:
--Signatures once per thread page: Click yes to have signatures show only once per thread page for each user.

3. Go to your Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager and set the following option in each forum:
--Show all signatures in this forum: (Set this to 'No' to prevent all signatures from being viewed in this forum) -- Default is No

Will you be able to expand on certain forums only?

Eg, posting in say the 'Lounge' part of your forum would be useful to have your sig on every post you make where as OP threads would only require it once.

Btw - I found that I wanted to alter the position of where the Important links is inserted into the navbar - "easy peasy" with the hook location change to navbar_end versus navbar_after_calendar in the plugin :) They are a blast to watch, aren't they? If you look close enough, you can see the grass growing around it.Or wrenches, hammers, battery chargers, alternators, fan belts, coffee cups, candy wrappers, etc.. I've to get the durn thing running for the spring plowin' :)

Well... I installed this one as well as the important links one - My membership on the 3.7 board are all up in arms on how 4.x changes things - You'd think I was in Wisconsin or something!! So the impotent links mod was a key find as it gives some of that functionality back.

I like this one because i am liberal (a rare occurance) in my sig allowances on my boards and afer a while the threads get waaay cluttered with repeating sigs for cancer crunching banners, machine specs, etc... Especially on those threads with thousands of replies.

Now, back to rewriting that pesky welcome panel mod for vb4 :)

Works perfectly for me. 4.1.3, thanks - this is great... in fact even better than I thought. I thought it was once per thread - but it actually shows once per PAGE per thread... even better.

I wish I was a coding wizard so I could edit my forum wicked bad. :D But, I'll stick to awesome mods like this one.

Why not just: ""Yes" to enable Signatures Once per Thread Page, "No" to disable and show all sigs."

Or is it the other way around? Since "No" is the default, I assume that enables the mod? Now I'm really confused. :confused:
