Member Notes mod?

I am looking for a mod on where admin/staff can save notes
in member accounts.

anyone know of a mod similar to this?

I would really like to see the notepad at the bottom of the screen in the user section when
looking up users...its kind of retarded to have to look at a members profile, then have to
click else where to have to look at the member notes....or maybe when the notes are
saved in its current location then maybe they should also appear at the bottom of
the members profile in admin-cp....
