Arcade problem

Well I have installed the arcade to my forum 4.0.8 and Well There is no arcade.. There is all the informations in the Admin cp and I have change some stuff there but there is no where I can go play..

Why is that? Did I do something wrong?

did you add the forum root files ?

did you import the xml file?

make sure you added all the file.. and they are in the correct dir.

If you did import the xml file...

do it again and allow overwrite this time around..
