One is an elegant logo with a combination of Philippines and Japan design.
The other one is a simple logo just look like "facebook" with the same font and size hehehe!

Type of Graphic: Animated banner with a cloaked-grim reaper'esque character with a deformed face and red eyes. Holding a blood-covered film reel/spool in it's hands. The animation would be the reaper pulling the reel in it's hands continuously, as if it's trying to rip it apart. The words HORROR MOVIES AND STUFF would be sprawled beside the character in a stamp-like fashion. With blood dripping from them.

I posted that on the previous page - so I guess nobody's bothering to actually read this thread - anyway - I don't know if this is allowed - but I'll say it anyway ==> I may not do free banners - but I can give ya'll a good price on a sophisticated design. ((I'm not quite sure why people would spend top-dollar on vBulletin license - to only dress it up in a realy cheap header/logo. I never understood that...))

Absolutely will agree with that - design isn't rocket science.

But design is just as valid as the coding work that went into making vBulletin what it is now.

And let's face it - It is the graphic elements that makes a site a site and gives the site its own brandable look. And again - I will state ==> why pay top dollar for your vB license, only to dress it up in a paper sack? That's just stupid. Of course you want your site to have its own unique style.

It's the banner/header/logo that will make the first distinct impression on your site visitor. You do not want that impression to be, "Ew - this site looks like s**t. They must have paid $2 for their logo. I'm moving on...." :)
