Get a lot of bots and spammers what is the best verification beyond moderating all signups?

is there a good image verification or question verification that I can use in a plugin or such?

I use the IsBot mod as well as the Questions and Answers verification.

The setting for IsBot is in the xml. I use the default 15 seconds setting. Make sure you do the template edit for it also.
