Errors after the install of vb4.1

The install went pretty good... Im getting these two errors...I would appreciate any help on this ..thanks

#1 We need more info on it.Array is where the members list suppose to be. No members showing up there just the name Array is there.

I turned off all mods and reverted to default templates and error is still there... But I did fix error #2

Can we get a link to the default style to see this?I got it all fixed up..I did do a fresh install...put in the addons I wanted and all is good..
