Profile Customization Error

I've searched various topics on this, and tried many of the fixes posted - still cannot seem to find one that is working for my forum.

When members on browsers excluding IE try to customize their profile, it will dim the header and the customization pop up will not appear.

I've already tried:
Settings > Options > Server Settings & Optimization Options > Use Remote YUI > None

Any other suggestions? I've also already installed the 4.0.8 patch.

Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
