Trying to add Recent Blog Posts to CMS

Hi guys,
So far I've created a new template and created a new widget using Recent Blog Post as the template type. When I go to configure the attached page shows up and I don't know what to fill in. I want all users to be able to see it. How do I enter all users?

If you leave it blank then all users will be able to see it by default.
