Ip Address Not Hiding...

I am running 4.0

When I set the control panel to hide IPs (the icon after each post) it does not work. I created a "test" user to verify this. Any ideas??

Can View Detailed Location Info for Users

A link would help so we can verify guests can see this info. Are you sure your test user wasn't a moderator? Give us his login so we can see.
