Creating A Videos Section On Forum

Hi guys,
I want to create a page for forum members where they can "add" a video, tag it, etc. The add is nothing but embedding an eBay video or from another video host. Ideally, they should be able to take the "embed" code or url and paste it into a "submit form" that will create thumbnail of the video. On each post, anyone in the forum can comment on it.

I saw this and this is a good example:

I'm thinking there should be a simple solution to this. Thanks.

In the search above, Search for Video Directory, All Mods, Title Only
