small problem

on my forum people register like normal but when i got to check the ip of the people everyone has the same ip as the server the forum is running on any idea's why ?

I would suspect that it's either a bot that's doing that or the same person using different names. I had that problem a while ago. And was getting pornography posted on my site.

If you want, you should be able to ban that IP address. I installed an anti-spam program and that put a quick stop to it.

If it is different real people, then it's a server issue. Some proxy thing, I believe. You'll need to talk to your host about it.

all sorted now it was my host now i got 300 users with 1 ip so is there a way to alter the regitration ip to there next login ip
