Software to help a new site grow

can anyone recommend any software (free/paid) to help my site, software like VBSEO, Dreamweaver, Coffee Cup etc

anything from design to coding to promotion

Dreamweaver and Coffeecup are HTML editors, they have nothing to do with your forum.

VBSEO maybe. I've never fooled with it. But it's real easy for new forums to fail, especially with FB wasting so much of people's online time these days.
